What's not to love? From the moment we met Rosanna we loved her laid-back and subtle style.  But don't let that laid-back approach fool you because Rosanna has endless energy and really knows her stuff.  She expertly navigated a tight market on a short timeline to lead us to a property that we now proudly call home--and also feel was a great investment! We highly recommend Rosanna to all our friends.

I was an out of province purchaser and Rosanna became my real estate agent through a "highly recommended" referral.  She was contacted on New Year's day and without hesitation made all the necessary arrangements to accommodate my unrealistic request to see a property the next day.  When I met her at the showing she was all business and matter of fact...no hidden agenda.  She listened to my needs and offered her experience when asked.  Rosanna presented my offer the next day.  The time I had to spend with her was limited however she was still able to understand my wants, expectations and limitations on what worked and did not work for me in the negotiating process.

From my perspective the purchase went very smoothly.  If that was in fact not the case then Rosanna did her job extremely well as I never knew otherwise.  Rosanna's time and assistance did not end with the acceptance of the offer or the closing of the sale-in continues and I know she is always available when I have a question.

I too highly recommend Rosanna...and do!  I tell people she brings professionalism, integrity and an understanding of your needs.  What she does not bring is sales pressure, price pressure or an "I know better" attitude. 

Rosanna is one the of the most professional realtors I have had the opportunity to work with.  As a first time home buyer she was able to educate and support me through the process and provide valuable advice when it came to managing an offer in a multiple offer situation.  She has also provided helpful recommendations on upgrades that will be beneficial upon resale as well as referrals for contractors to complete the recommended upgrades.  It has been a pleasure to work with Rosanna!
